This is not an Advertisement but a Testimonial

Like many people my wife and I decided to take a one-week holiday in Cyprus and got marooned there because of the volcanic dust. We were on a Thomson/Tui holiday and I must commend them for the way they handled the crisis. We were allowed to remain in our hotel for the duration and were upgraded to full board. When flights re-started Thomson took the view that those who had been delayed the longest should be repatriated first which is only justice and common-sense which was not shown by all travel agents or holiday makers.
