Win one of ten copies of the exciting new album Eternal – The Best of Libera from EMI Classics!

The exciting new 32 track double-album, Eternal – The Best of Libera, which was released by EMI Classics on 15th December and we are offering you the opportunity to win your very own copy!

The twenty-odd boys who make up Libera are each between seven and fourteen years of age and attend local schools in South West London. “Normal” boys, they love to play football, skateboard and listen to R’n’B and punk music. But through their involvement in Libera, they have travelled the world, recorded movie soundtracks and CDs and served as backing singers to mega-stars like Bjork, Elton John and Pavarotti.

Eternal – The Best of Libera contains 26 Libera favourites drawn from earlier releases, as well as four brand new tracks: Mother of God, Gaudete, You Were There and How can I keep from singing? The collection also features two remixed songs previously only available as digital downloads and released here for the first time on CD. Libera’s recording of the popular song of inspiration, How can I keep from singing? has been used in the Waitrose Christmas TV ad campaign and they have also performed Gaudete on the Aled Jones Christmas Carols TV show, which was broadcasted on Christmas Eve, ITV1.

Libera’s recording of the original song You were there is the main theme from the Japanese motion picture Nobody to watch over me (Fuji Television Network, Inc.) to be released this month - January 2009.

Libera will also be the subject of a Songs of Praise special programme presented by Aled Jones to be broadcast on Sunday 25 January 2009 on BBC1. Libera are only the second musical act to be honoured with a Songs of Praise special programme, the last being Katherine Jenkins.

For your chance to win one of ten copies of the album Eternal – The Best of Libera simply answer the following question:

Which programme are Libera being honoured on in January 2009?

A) Songs of Power

B) Songs of Peace

C) Songs of Praise

Please reply by 26 January 2009 to len@musicweb-international.com in an e-mail headed Libera
