This is a remarkable record. I have little hesitation in placing the performance of the Dvorák as a first choice.

A hugely rewarding disc that positively cries out for repeated listening. The music is outstanding, as are the performances.
MAHLER Symphony No. 9 in D, Des Knaben Wunderhorn*
One of the greatest recordings of Mahler's Ninth Symphony, remastered and rightly restored to the catalogue. Philips has done a fine job with this reissue.
