is no different from the average. Reading the lyrics doesn’t improve
things either, for instance in ‘If You Won’t, half
of the lines are made up of the words ‘I won’t if you won’t.’
Other lyrics have a similar composition.
I have spent many years listening to the ‘Great American Songbook’
I always approach new material with a very open mind but in the
case of ‘The Secret Sun’ nothing really draws my attention.
I feel that none of these titles will stand the test of time.
