A special plea to BMG-Melodiya.

There are many other recordings which deserve reissue and which would find a ready market. Here is my wish-list:-

Miaskovsky: Violin Concerto - Grigori Feigin

Miaskovsky: Rozhdestvensky is reputed to have recorded all 27 symphonies. Please track them down and begin issuing them starting with the symphonies not previously recorded e.g. 2, 4 and 26. There are others!

Scriabin - Svetlanov conducting the three symphonies, piano concerto plus Prometheus and Poem of Ecstasy.

Sibelius - The Seven Symphonies conducted by Rozhdestvensky with the Moscow Radio SO (I believe). They were issued by EMI on LP in about 1980.

Sibelius - the complete tone poems as recorded during the 1980s by Vladimir Sinaisky.

Georges Enescu Symphony No. 1 - Moscow Radio SO/Gennadi Rozhdestvensky

Glazunov - the eight symphonies conducted by Svetlanov.
