BOËLLMANN, Leon
b Ensisheim, Haut-Rohin (now in Alsace) 25 September 1862
d Paris, 11 October 1897, aged thirty-five

In 1871 he went to Paris to enter the Ecole Niedermeyer, graduating from there in 1881, and becoming organist of St Vincent-de-f'aul in Paris.
