Jim Mullen - Guitar
Gareth Williams – Piano, Organ, Rhodes
Mick Hutton – Bass
Gary Husband – Drums

Jim Mullen is one of the heroes of the UK constantly touring as either soloist or with his Quartet, he is one of the most consistent jazz performers this country has ever produced. He is very much admired by visiting American guests and he has played with most of them. His guitar playing always has that lovely blues quality and he has a wonderful sense of timing. Listening to him soloing on these Disney tunes he sounds like he could play any of them for the whole album without ever running out of ideas.

The rhythm section of Gareth Williams, Mick Hutton and Gary Husband are as good as you will hear anywhere. I find Gareth Williams an enigma, he is so capable that he fits in to the style of absolutely any group he plays with to the extent that you wonder, which is the real Gareth Williams! Drummer Gary Husband is also an excellent pianist although he is not used in that role on this album.

What you hear on this album are top UK jazz professionals, playing a programme of songs that should be heard more often than they are. I found it one of the most pleasant musical experiences I have had for years.
